ADVANTAGES OF SKIPPING ROPE
Jumping rope is a very effective tool for burning calories, losing weight, getting slim or having a flat stomach. As an easy exercise that works every part of the body, it both improves balance and contributes to the improvement of posture. Jumping rope strengthens the arm, shoulder, back and abdominal muscles by working the muscles in the lower part of the body. Done right, it also increases your stamina.
HOW DO I PUT WEIGHTS ON MY 900 JUMP ROPE?
You can add a maximum of 2 weights (1 weight = 75 grams) to the handles. (sold separately) Turn the colored knob on the handle of the jump rope to face you. Then do the following: remove the weight mount. Place a weight or two in these areas. Finally, reattach the weight mount to the handles. One of the stems is ready. Do the same with the other handle.
You can then start your training.
Jumping rope for 15 minutes is equivalent to jogging for 30 minutes. You can burn 725 calories by jumping rope for 1 hour!
